We represent medical providers that have been denied full payment by insurance companies. Our clients are hospitals, ambulance companies, chiropractors, physical therapists, solo practitioners, and other medical professionals who have provided reasonable and necessary medical treatment to patients injured in car accidents. The auto insurance companies either pay some portion of our clients’ bills or often pay nothing at all.
We encourage our clients to do their best to obtain full payment with their own efforts to the extent possible, and many of them fight the battle very well on their own. Unfortunately, auto insurers continue to deny or reduce bills submitted by our clients. That is where we come in. We will go to our client’s office, discuss, retrieve, and review files, and proceed to do everything in our power to collect the full unpaid amount.
